RMA is committed to providing excellent engineering design services to our clients.  The two main ways in which RMA seeks to ensure that excellent service forms part of our culture is through national certification to ISO 9001:2008 and by the adoption of a risk management framework.

RMA is certified to the internationally recognised standard ISO 9001:2008.  Achieving certification to ISO 9001 involved an independent expert assessing our organisation’s management system to ensure that it facilitates the delivery of services to clients whilst meeting a set of best practice criteria.

Our continuous certification demonstrates that RMA maintains a rigorous risk management system that includes policies and procedures followed by our engineering and administrative staff to ensure excellent client service standards.

Insurances

RMA has a professional indemnity insurance program in force which is renewed annually.  The level of insurance is $5,000,000 and is commensurate with a firm of the size, reputation and profile of RMA. Certificates of currency can be provided on request.

Public and products liability (primary) insurance is held by the firm with a limit of liability to $20,000,000 for any one occurrence.

RMA confirms we have a level of Workers’ Compensation Coverage in accordance with the legislative requirements in Queensland. Certificates of coverage can be provided upon request.
