Jason Wardle, Director

Jason brings to his role as director and manager of RMA’s civil design team extensive experience as a civil engineer specialising sub divisional design, supervision, and contract administration.

Through his involvement in a wide range of development projects, Jason has developed an excellent understanding of engineering impacts and requirements of development, the crucial relationship between land use planning and infrastructure planning, and the importance of strategic planning at a local and State government level.

A mad football man, Jason is in a great mood for a week after Queensland wins the State of Origin.

Scott Graham, Director

Scott is an experienced engineer with skills in design, project management and on-site and contract supervision.  He has taken the lead engineering role on a number of significant projects, managing the process from conceptual design through to construction delivery.

As the manager of the Brisbane office, Scott has exposure to a wide range of engineering projects including high speed rural roads, main roads intersection design, land subdivisions, unit developments, stormwater (flood, quality and detention), water and sewerage analysis and cross drainage upgrades. Many of these projects required successful coordination and collaboration with various local and State government bodies and private stakeholders.

Glen Rowen, Director

A Director and founding member of RMA, Glen has vast and varied experience in many areas of civil and structural engineering as well as contract administration.

A true engineer, Glen’s experience covers residential design, engineered timber structures, steel framed structures, concrete framed high rise, tilt concrete buildings, hydraulic design, residential and commercial buildings, civil design work on commercial and industrial sites and water retaining structures.
