RMA are currently providing civil and structural designs to the developer of this large residential and retail development in Brisbane.
Consisting of 5 basement levels (car parks), a ground floor level (retail) and level 1 up to level 8 (residential) and a recreational deck rounding off the top level.
The construction methods involved include: steel framed awnings ; slab on ground ; suspended slab ; pre cast concrete; cast insitu concrete; blockwork; block retaining; pier and panel system; pad footings; and strip footings used under internal walls at slab on ground level.
On this project RMA are currently working through various options and construction types to achieve the best outcome for this project.
