RMA undertook all civil and structural documentation on this Woolworths & 22 specialty stores across 8,000m2 with a basement under. The project was fast tracked due to time constraints from the Developer and required extensive liaison and design development over an extended period to incorporate changes normally occurring during design development, such as adding a lift after footings were completed.

This project was undertaken as a design and construct.
